OhFX Entertainment, SL with Tax ID (NIF) B64770381 (hereinafter, the Owner), is the owner of this website portal https://www.ohfx.us (hereinafter, the Portal).

You may contact the Owner of the Portal through the following email address: info@ohfx.us.

The domain name through which this Portal is accessed is the property of the Owner. Therefore, its use in connection with content, products, and/or services that are not owned by the Owner is prohibited, as it may cause confusion among end users or damage the Owner’s reputation.

Purpose

The purpose of this Legal Notice is to establish the General Conditions governing access to, browsing of, and use of this Portal by all users. If the user does not agree with these conditions, they must immediately leave this website owned by the Owner.

Accessing this Portal implies the user’s full knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions governing the use of the Portal, as published at the time of access.

The Owner declares that it has adopted all necessary and reasonable measures, within its capabilities and according to the current state of technology, to ensure the proper functioning of the Portal and to prevent the existence and/or transmission of viruses and other harmful components to Users.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The applicable law in the event of any dispute or conflict regarding the interpretation of the terms comprising this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, as well as any matter related to the services of this Portal, shall be Spanish law, to which the parties expressly submit. The Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Portal.
